The Committee pursuant to by-law 1.7 may, in its absolute discretion, impose conditions on any approval that it may give.

The Association Committee has established the following conditions that must be complied with before it will approve the addition or alteration of the external fittings and fixtures listed below. It also has rules for the performance of works, once approved, to ensure the safety of the residents, minimise noise and disruption, and protect the Community’s roads, paths, gardens and facilities.
