Information about the Estate’s Community facilities, ie, pools, tennis courts, BBQ areas, gymnasium, etc, including the rules for their use and the procedures for booking them for personal use.

General information

Deposited plan (site plan), Community Management Statement (by-laws), Community rules and conditions, resident directory (residents only), and other information related to living on the Estate.

Management

Association (owners) responsibilities, committee assisting, elected representatives, meeting agendas and minutes, sub committees, estate manager, responsibilities and contact details.

Community property

Community property; recent health and safety inspection reports, approved capital projects, repair and maintenance works in plan or progress, and an online form to report maintenance issues.

Alterations & additions

Applicable by-laws, architectural and landscape standards, Association rules and conditions, applicable to any new works proposed by an owner and an online form to request Community approval.

Note: An owner must not undertake any Works on any Lot, Community Property or Subsidiary Body Property unless the owner first obtains the written consent of the Association Committee (by-law 3.1).
