
Free Qi Gong Tai Chi classes are held evey Monday and Thursday from 7:00 am until 8:30 am in the Community room.
Qi Gong (pronounced Chee Gong) is a series of gentle exercises which, it is claimed) loosens all the main joints of the body, lubricating them and increasing blood flow.
There is an instructional video by Simon Blow, a Qi Gong master, for beginners .
There is plenty of space for more participants on both. The price is right…..Free.
These are gently exercises to stimulate and stretch the whole body.
