Pursuant to by-law 34.1 the Association may make, and at any time add to, rules for the control, management, operation, use and enjoyment of the Community property and facilities.
The following rules have been made, and amended from time to time, including a rule for the performance of works, once approved, to ensure the safety of the residents, minimise noise and disruption, and protect the Community’s roads, paths, gardens and facilities.
Use of the Community Room

Rules applying to the use of the Chesapeake and/or Nantucket for activities related to a private function in the Community Room.
Use of the Community Room for Table Tennis
